Green Products – Eco-Products
Commitment to Zero Waste—Eco-Products not only sells products made from recycled content of those that can be returned to nature through composting, but Eco-Products’ main office is a zero waste facility. All waste produced is composted or recycled and Eco-Products allows customers to drop off their compostables if they don’t have access to a compost facility.
Commitment to Zero Energy Consumption—Eco-Products has installed one of the largest solar systems at their main office and distribution center. As a result, the facility is obtaining over 85% of its electricity from the sun and the system allows Eco-Products to put electricity back into the grid at certain times, making them a nearly zero energy consumption company.
Commitment to Zero Emissions—Eco-Systems offsets greenhouse gasses emitted during the transportation of its products by investing in projects that prevent the same amount of greenhouse gases from entering the environment. Also, Eco-Products’ fleet of trucks run either on clean-burning natural gas (compact natural gas) or bio-diesel, saving thousands of gallons of gasoline and reducing the amount of pollution created by their trucks.
